This Privacy Policy has been created and is valid for Nodes Cluster s.r.o (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”). The Contractor pays great attention to the protection of personal data of its Users. Users of the Website nodescluster.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, “Website”) can browse the pages of the Website without providing any personal data about themselves. However, in order to provide the Services presented on our Website, we need your contact information so that we can contact you, confirm your order and deliver the ordered Goods to you. We do not share your personal data with third parties and protect their confidentiality.

3. PURPOSES OF COLLECTING AND PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA OF USERS

3.1. The purpose of processing personal data is to ensure the implementation of civil law relations, provision/receipt and settlement of payments for the purchased Goods/Services.

3.2. The Contractor collects and stores only those personal data that are necessary for the provision of the Services.

3.3. The Contractor collects data to communicate with the User, including notifications about the provision of the Services, order confirmation, as well as to process requests and applications from Users.

3.4. The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out without any time limit, by any means.

3.5. Our Website does not use log files, analytics SDKs, or any similar tracking technologies. We do not collect any information about your browsing behavior or other activities on our Website through these methods.

3.6. This ensures that your interactions with our Website remain private and are not subject to third-party tracking or profiling.

3.7. In the event that the Administration decides to make changes and start using log files, analytics SDKs, or any similar tracking technologies, we will notify you by amending this Privacy Policy.

4. COOKIES POLICY

4.1. The Contractor collects information about the Users’ visits to the Website pages in order to obtain statistics on visits and the effectiveness of their use, to form a personalized approach and adapt to the interests of each user. We do this with the help of various technologies, one of which is cookies.

4.2. Cookies are used to evaluate the effectiveness of our Store (for example, to measure the number of visitors and the duration of their stay on the Application), to identify the most interesting and visited pages, as well as to ensure the convenience of navigation and use of the Website without collecting any personal information. Using the Google Analytics system, the Administration collects statistics on visits to the Store, such as: pages visited, number of page views, downloaded information, domains of Internet providers and countries of origin of visitors, as well as addresses of websites that were visited from the pages of the Application, etc. None of these actions is associated with the visitor personally and is measured only in the aggregate.

5. CONDITIONS FOR GRANTING ACCESS TO THE DATABASE

5.1. We do not transfer the personal data of Users to third parties, except in cases determined by the legislation of Slovak and European Union.

5.2. The User’s personal data is disclosed when the User orders the Services on the Website.

5.3. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Contractor shall immediately inform the User.

5.4. The Administration takes the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

5.5. This Privacy Policy is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, “GDPR”) and the laws of the Slovak Republic, specifically Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data (“Slovak Data Protection Act”).

5.6. All matters that are not specifically addressed in this Privacy Policy are governed by the provisions of the GDPR and the Slovak Data Protection Act.

6. USER PRIVACY RIGHTS

6.1. The GDPR is a pan-European personal data protection law that regulates how companies protect the data of EU residents and strengthens the control EU residents have over their personal data.

6.3.1. request copies of their personal data;
6.3.2. request correction of information that Users consider inaccurate;
6.3.3. request supplementation of information that Users consider incomplete;
6.3.4. request the deletion of personal information about Users at any time and will take reasonable steps to delete the User’s personal information from our current records. If Users request the deletion of the User’s personal information, we will notify Users of how this deletion will affect the User’s use of the Site or products and services. There may be exceptions to this right for specific legal reasons, which, if possible, will be set out for Users in response to the User’s request;

7. CHANGE OF USERS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION
